MTM is a face-to-face service where our pharmacist reviews all of your medications, checks for safety or cost issues, and gives you a written action plan.

Any patient taking multiple prescriptions, using chronic therapies, or recovering from a recent hospital stay will benefit from an MTM session.

Most sessions last about 20–30 minutes, allowing plenty of time for questions.

Many Medicare Part D plans pay for MTM at no extra charge. If a fee applies, we will let you know before scheduling.
